In the event of both link failures, we quickly escalate the issue to the nearest support center. We also implement alternate routing for the end-to-end fiber path to prevent simultaneous link failures. If the primary link fails, we prioritize restoring the secondary link. Additionally, for sensitive customers, we provide a tertiary link as an added safeguard.

- Deploy multi-cloud failover (e.g., AWS primary, Dhakacolo backup)
- Use a hybrid cloud setup with critical workloads also hosted at Dhakacolo data centers (Race Online’s cloud sister concern)
What compensation is provided if Race Online fails to meet the 99.999% uptime guarantee?
We provide liquidated damages (LD) against SLA breaches, which vary based on individual customer agreements.
